Sales Executive - Singapore (Architectural Products)
In line with our expansion plans for the sales of our products and services, our Singapore office is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and committed individual to join our Singapore team.
Job Responsibilities
● To meet or exceed annual set sales target.
● To develop new businesses opportunities by creating a new customer base for the company and maintain close relationships with potential and current customers.
● Closing & negotiation of contracts.
● Submission of reports on customer visits and actions required.
● To prepare weekly sales report and order forecast for the territory.
● Motivate, manage & support C/S distributor network in the territory.
● Plan, develop & implement creative & aggressive sales strategies to strengthen existing business and increase market share.
● Identification & reporting of local market trends & requirements.
● Arrange lunchbox presentations to clients.
Qualifications / Skills
● Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or at least a Diploma or equivalent.
● At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
● Possess good selling and presentation skills.
● Preferably with Construction Contract knowledge.
● Good contact with Architects, Developers and Contractors will be an advantage.
● Possess and own a car with a valid class 3 driving license.
● Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese & preferably some spoken dialects.
● Competent user of the Microsoft suite of programmes.
